i have a lot of music on my windows pc, stored in the media player, that i want to transfer onto my ipod (i think its a 3gs or a 4). however, i no longer own the cds the music came on. is there any way i can transfer this music to my ipod? any help whatsoever really appreciated :) thanks - Lauren

Step by step to add Music to iPod without iTunes

Step 1.Download, install and run the software
Download iPod to Mac Transfer software and run it. Once connect iPod to Mac with Apple USB cable, and all information about your iPod, such as type, capacity, version, serial number, and format, will be shown on the main interface.
Step 2. Add music to iPod
1) Open the music iPod folder in the iPod list that you want to add
2) Click the "Add Files to iPod" or "Add Folder to iPod" button to check the music files on your Mac
Locate the required audio files on the pop-up dialogbox and click "Open" button to import selected files to your iPod.
